First of all, I would like to give a very brief survey of the state
of today, on the one hand, and, for a moment, over the state of the
beginning of the English-German and American-German respectively
linguistic friendship, on the other hand. After having specified
this historical era, I think, the reqirements are met to elaborate
on the exceptional post-war phase in greater detail.
